Human Resources is an immersive installation that introduces visitors to the potential of human hair as a material of the future. It achieves this by integrating hair into wearable and touchable objects, while also providing visitors with anonymized information about the origin and donor of the hair. The accompanying Human Resources Archive allows visitors to delve deeper into the stories of the hair donors, prompting personal reflection on the significance of their own and others' hair. 

The installation comprises a mirror adorned with tiles containing different hair donations, creating a visually striking centerpiece. Additionally, four pedestals showcase the objects created from the hair. A looping video guides visitors on how to interact with the installation and its objects, enhancing their understanding and experience. During my research on human hair, I discovered various projects exploring human hair as a material. In response, my primary aim for this project was to create an initial point of engagement for visitors with the material, stimulating dialogue and fostering curiosity.
